Voxicat SMS Terms

Effective date: October 28, 2026

These terms explain text messaging provided by Voxicat and the distinction between Voxicat's own messages and messages sent by an independent service business using our application. The sender, message purposes, and any sender-specific terms are identified when you choose to receive texts.

1. Voxicat's own SMS programme

The Voxicat SMS programme is operated by Kostyantyn Savchenko, a sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer) established at Am Europakanal 36, 91056 Erlangen, Germany, operating Voxicat under his registered business designation VoxiGO. Our website is voxicat.com and our support email is support@voxicat.com.

If you opt in to Voxicat's own programme, you may receive the service and support messages described in the opt-in notice. For people who explicitly join a Voxicat demonstration or testing programme, these include simulated booking confirmations, appointment updates, and post-service feedback or review-request examples. Test messages are identified as tests and do not confirm a real plumbing appointment or request a public review of a service you did not receive.

The sending number is identified in the relevant enrolment process and in the messages you receive. Only the purposes you select at opt-in apply. Promotional offers or unrelated marketing are not included in this programme.

2. Messages from a service business using Voxicat

When a plumbing or other service business uses Voxicat, that business is the sender of its customer messages. Its name, contact details, SMS purposes, and links to its own terms and privacy notice must be shown in the opt-in process. Its SMS terms govern that business's programme. This page explains Voxicat's platform role; it does not enrol you in every business's programme or replace the business's sender-specific notice.

Depending on your choices, a business programme may include:

  • Confirmation that a service request was received, or that a visit was booked.
  • Appointment reminders, arrival updates, delays, cancellations, and requests to reschedule.
  • Replies and other information about your service request.
  • An optional request for an honest Google review after completed service, if you separately agreed to that purpose.

An acknowledgement that a request was received is not a confirmed appointment. A proposal to change a visit is not a completed change until the business confirms it. Voxicat does not itself supply the plumbing service.

3. Your choice to receive texts

Messages are sent only for the sender and purposes for which you opt in. Consent must be given through the relevant opt-in process; merely providing a phone number, joining an email waitlist, accepting a privacy notice, or consenting to an AI call does not automatically subscribe you to SMS.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You can choose an available alternative contact method. You must be the subscriber or authorised user of the mobile number you provide and should tell the sender if you no longer control that number.

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively enrolling in the identified programme, you agree to receive recurring texts of the selected types from the named sender. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. For Voxicat assistance, email support@voxicat.com. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Information is handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

4. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with bookings, changes, support conversations, and the purposes selected. A service interaction may result in several messages. A test programme may generate several messages while you are actively testing.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines charges under your plan. Contact your carrier with questions about those charges. Fees paid by a business for using Voxicat are separate from any recipient carrier charges; these terms do not describe SMS as unlimited or free to the recipient.

5. Stop messages or ask for help

Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from that number. You may receive one confirmation from the messaging network or sender. Further programme messages stop unless you subsequently provide valid consent again. We also honour other clear requests to stop messages received through the programme or its support contact.

A STOP request can block all message categories from the same number, including operational updates. It does not cancel a booking or close an account. Contact the service business through another available channel if you need to change an appointment.

To resume after a network block, follow the instructions in the network's confirmation and complete any required fresh opt-in. Unblocking a number does not grant consent for additional purposes.

Reply HELP for assistance. For Voxicat's own programme, email support@voxicat.com. For a service-business programme, use the support details shown in its opt-in notice and messages. You may also contact Voxicat for help identifying the relevant programme.

6. Delivery and use of the service

Messages depend on the availability of mobile networks and supported devices. Delivery may be delayed, filtered, or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS for an emergency or an urgent safety matter; contact emergency services or the service business directly as appropriate.

Replies may be processed by software and reviewed by authorised business personnel. SMS is not a suitable channel for passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or sensitive medical information. Do not submit information unrelated to your service request.

7. Honest reviews

When you have opted in, a service business may invite you to share an honest review of a service you actually received. Leaving a review is optional. No positive rating is required, and no payment, discount, or reward is offered in exchange for a review. A review link may take you to Google, whose terms and privacy rules apply there.

8. Privacy

Read the Voxicat Privacy Policy for details about platform processing. A service business's own privacy notice applies to its use of your customer information.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services that need the information to operate and deliver those services.

9. Programme changes

A sender may change or discontinue its programme and will provide updated terms where appropriate. A change does not expand your consent to new message purposes or a different sender. New consent will be requested where required. These SMS Terms do not replace the separate subscription agreement between Voxicat and a business customer.
